Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Zenit subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. We offer the following refund terms for subscription payments:
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you are unsatisfied with the platform after your first payment and have not used more than 20% of your monthly AI credits, you may request a full refund by emailing us within 7 days.
- After 7 days: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 7 days of payment and have not heavily used the platform, a pro-rated refund may be considered at our discretion.
- Duplicate payments: If a technical issue causes duplicate charges, we will refund the duplicate amount promptly upon verification.
- Service outages: In the event of a significant, extended platform outage caused by us (more than 24 continuous hours), we will credit your account proportionally for the downtime.
2. Creator Marketplace
Listing on the Creator Marketplace is free. There is no listing fee to refund. Zenit earns a commission only on completed brand deals facilitated through the Platform.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain full access until the period ends.
Cancellation does not delete your account or brand data. You can reactivate at any time by subscribing again.
4. Payment Failures
If a subscription renewal payment fails, we will notify you by email. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before your account is downgraded to the free tier. Your data and brand configurations are preserved during this period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at sanjanareddych14@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:
- Your registered email address
- Date and amount of the payment
- Reason for the refund request
- Razorpay payment ID (visible in your email receipt)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
6. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
